Fee Range<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bringing or defending a claim in an Employment Tribunal costs can vary a lot. It depends on the complexity of legal issues, disputes on facts, whether the claim is settled at an early stage or proceeds to a full tribunal hearing, the number of witnesses, \u00a0the length of the hearing and whether any interim applications are made by one of the parties.<\/p>\n

Our hourly rates range between \u00a3120 plus VAT to \u00a3300 plus VAT depending on the experience required. A simple claim may take 15 to 50 hours, a more complex claim may take 40 to 80 hours and very complex case between 70 to 140 hours.<\/p>\n

We will keep you advised of costs throughout a claim so that you are aware of charges.<\/p>\n
