It depends on the complexity of legal issues, disputes on facts, whether the claim is settled at an early stage or proceeds to a full tribunal hearing, the number of witnesses, \u00a0the length of the hearing and whether any interim applications are made by one of the parties.<\/p>\n<p>Our hourly rates range between \u00a3120 plus VAT to \u00a3300 plus VAT depending on the experience required.
