We are recruiting a commercial property and residential conveyancing solicitor to join our team in Stanmore.

The Role:

You will have at least 1 year experience in one or all of the following:

1. Commercial property – purchase, sale, leases and refinancing;

2. Residential property – purchase, sale, leases and refinancing;

3. Wills and probate.

We are expecting to expand our panel membership by attaining Lexcel and CQS accreditation in the coming months, and you will help us achieve those standards and contribute to improving our processes and templates.

You will meet a financial target equivalent to four hours paid work at your hourly rate a day.

Our intention is to grow the department, and have either paralegals, trainee solicitors or junior solicitors reporting into this role within 12 months.
